A wonderful stay in Ortigia, perfect for exploring the local attractions! The superior room was large and had beautiful painted ceilings. We had two nice balconies to enjoy the views. It was great being just a short walk from sights like the Fountain of Arethusa and Museo dei Pupi. The breakfast offered a good selection, especially the fresh fruit. The lack of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room was a downside for us.

The staff was very helpful...coming to find us when we got lost and helping us park. There was a festival going on which we thoroughly enjoyed but it made the island a nightmare to drive in.
Michelin directions not accurate and it was hard to find....parking not at hotel.

The room was reasonably spacious and spotless and what's more - included a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet. Its location was very central, not too far from Piazza Archimede. This hotel was located in a peaceful area😀

The staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome especially our young twins. Was within walking distance of all main atractions on ortigia island but nicely tucked away from the hussle and bussle. Would definately recomend this hotel if staying in siracusa.

Great location right in the heart of Ortigia Island.
We faced serious issues with our room's amenities. The sink was clogged for three days. The Wi-Fi was completely unreliable, and despite informing the staff multiple times, there was no follow-up or effective solution.

Staff were very helpful. Also it was possible to reserve parking which was vital for the position of this hotel.
Trying to find the hotel when driving through a maze of narrow one-way streets.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were special- with one room having hand painted ceiling. Centrally located in the old city.

Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds. Great AC and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
The bathroom was quite small, especially the shower with an awkward door. Noise from the hallway easily seeped through the thin door during peak morning hours, disrupting sleep. Parking was a hassle with an outdated machine that only accepted cash. Breakfast, while decent in range, could use some improvements, particularly regarding the freshness of items like hard-boiled eggs.

The hotel is very clean and all the staff are very pleasant & helpful. Our room was rather small but very very clean. Small breakfast but then again, spending a whole day eating... i guess it's just as well. We'd love to go back.
A kettle to make a cup of coffee in the room maybe ?!

The service from both of the ladies at the front desk was excellent. One even ordered a pizza for us and went to pick us up. She also gave us a ride to the car. The room was great for a couple with two small kids. There was a double bed plus two pull out sofa beds. The location is very central and car parking was cheap. Breakfast was good but didn;t start until 0800 hrs.
A bit difficult to find and the shower head was not fixed to the pole - a common occurence in B&Bs in Italy.
